About George

Founder of NaiL A.I. — helping roofing franchises, multi-location operators, and serious local shops stop losing leads.

The Story

George Paladichuk is the founder of NaiL A.I., the lead-capture system used by roofing franchises and multi-location operators to make sure no call, no lead, and no job ever slips through the cracks. He built the company while finishing his marketing degree at the University of Colorado Boulder.

George’s first agency, Gutterwise Marketing, served single-location gutter contractors with digital marketing. He kept running into the same frustrating pattern: clients doing excellent work in the field were quietly losing tens of thousands every month to unanswered phones, missed after-hours leads, and inconsistent intake between locations. Great ad spend, terrible lead capture. That pattern is what led him to build NaiL A.I.

Today NaiL A.I. serves 100+ home service companies — from single-location operators doing $2–10M in annual sales to franchise brands running dozens of territories — standardizing how every location answers, qualifies, and books incoming leads 24/7.

Learning the long game

Early on, George figured out that the fastest way to grow a service business wasn’t better cold outreach or more paid ads — it was relationships. When he restarted his podcast (now Nailed It), he reached out to ten of the most recognizable names in the roofing and home service industry — people like Dan Antonelli, Lance Bachmann, and Randy Brothers — and eight of them said yes. No magic script. Just a sincere note, real research on who they were, and respect for what they’d built.

From there it snowballed. Guests led to introductions. Introductions led to in-person visits. Those visits turned into real partnerships — like his trip to Atlanta to sit down with Brad Strawbridge of Capital City Roofing, where George and his team spent the day inside the business training Brad’s staff on how to use AI agents to amplify their workload.

“One of the biggest things you can leverage in business and in life is the people you know — or the people you don’t know yet, but could.”

The AI Apprentice Program

A big inflection point came when George joined the AI Apprentice Program run by Dennis Yu at High Rise Influence. He’d messaged Dennis after seeing a Facebook post about the program, expecting the usual pitch. Instead, Dennis essentially said, “I don’t need you in this program — it works for the people who actually do the work.” That energy caught George off guard, and he joined anyway.

The program taught him how to turn relationships into compounding credibility — positive mentions over forced testimonials, in-person conferences over cold DMs, and genuine service over “money bro” tactics. It’s also where he learned to stop overthinking and start reaching out.

What drives the work

George’s thesis is simple: contractors who do great work shouldn’t lose jobs because of a missed phone call, a slow text back, or a 3 a.m. lead that nobody saw until morning. Every single-location roofer competing against a national brand, and every franchise trying to run 50 locations with the consistency of 1, deserves a lead capture system that performs the same at midnight as it does at noon.

His work on AI-powered customer engagement — including split-testing AI disclosure in phone calls — has contributed to industry conversations about how automation should actually show up in home services: transparent, helpful, and accountable to the customer.

George lives in Boulder, Colorado and is passionate about hiking, the outdoors, and building technology that helps small businesses compete and win.

Who I Serve

Roofing franchises and multi-location operators are my primary focus. These are the teams where lead capture breaks down the most — not because any one person is doing a bad job, but because inconsistent response times between locations quietly eat millions in ad spend. NaiL A.I. standardizes call answering, qualification, and booking across every territory so leadership gets the same performance out of location 50 as they do out of location 1.

Single-location roofing companies doing $2–10M in sales are also a fit. If you’re running hard, competing against bigger players, and every missed call costs you real money — NaiL evens the odds by making sure no lead ever slips past your team.

Whether you run one location or fifty, the mission is the same: make sure contractors who do great work never lose another job to a missed call.
