The Story

George Paladichuk is a 22-year-old entrepreneur and AI automation specialist from Colorado. Currently finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Colorado Boulder, George has already built and scaled multiple businesses while still in school.

His journey started with Gutterwise Marketing, where he helped gutter companies across the country increase their sales through digital marketing. That experience led him to found NaiL A.I. — an AI-powered lead automation platform specifically designed for roofing businesses. In just months, NaiL grew to serve over 100 clients, earning George recognition as one of the fastest-growing young agency owners in the home services space.

George is a participant in Dennis Yu’s AI Apprentice Program through BlitzMetrics, where he has been mentored alongside other young professionals in cutting-edge AI and digital marketing strategies. His innovative approaches to AI-powered customer engagement — including split-testing AI disclosure in phone calls — have contributed to industry conversations about the future of automation in home services.

Beyond business, George is a Daniels Fund Scholar Ambassador, chosen for his strength of character and commitment to leadership. In this role, he assisted over 80 scholars navigating college life at CU Boulder, hosting events and providing mentorship. He is also active in the Leeds Honors Program, the CU Real Estate Club, and the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship.

George lives in Boulder, Colorado and is passionate about hiking, the outdoors, and building technology that helps small businesses compete and win.
